I offer holistic, integrative, and meaning-centered individual and couples counselling. Together, we’ll address your immediate challenges and the deeper, underlying issues that may contribute to them. My approach is grounded in an optimistic view of human nature; I believe in our innate drive to thrive and the ever-present potential for hope and healing.
My career has taken me to various organizations where I’ve had the privilege of serving diverse populations, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. This journey has allowed me to develop a broad skill set in therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and somatic work. I’ve also earned certifications in Narrative Therapy, Indigenous Canada counselling, Gottman Therapy (Levels 1 and 2), EMDR (Level 1), and Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy (Level 1).
Working with a wide range of clients has sharpened my ability to create personalized treatment plans that are compassionate, client-centered, and infused with curiosity. I believe deeply in my clients’ inner strength and view myself as a fellow traveler on their journey toward healing and growth.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, I invite you to allow me to walk with you on your path. Together, we can work to resolve past pain and rediscover your sense of purpose and passion for life.

My path to becoming a registered clinical counsellor has been profoundly shaped by my passion for storytelling and my natural empathy towards the people I encounter. I strive to approach challenging situations with curiosity and validate others' feelings. Friends and colleagues often describe me as non-judgmental, open-minded, and supportive, with a keen ability to listen, understand, and make people feel genuinely heard in their relationships.
Moving to Canada as an international student at 15 years old had a profound impact on me as I navigated the intricate dynamics between Chinese and Canadian cultures. This experience sparked a personal journey of exploring my identity and discovering what it means to lead a happy and fulfilling life within both cultural contexts. I encountered evolving expectations and stereotypes in my roles as a Chinese immigrant woman, a daughter, a student, an employee, and a partner. Studying psychology further deepened my self-reflection and understanding, allowing me to explore these issues on a more profound level.
My fascination with mental well-being and the search for meaning in life led me to a career in psychology. I am dedicated to supporting and guiding others, helping them navigate their paths toward personal growth and fulfillment.
